Spring is here--the tulips, dogwoods, and azaleas are in bloom around the nation's capital. The season makes me feel rejuvenated. It is a great time to refocus and start blogging again. This is an exciting time to be in this space. Social media is now mainstream, but the challenge for organizations to use it effectively remain. International development is changing as a sector. I am interested in the QDDR, aid effectiveness, and the open government movement. Look for posts on these topics in addition to those on strategic communications.
